Inside and outside windows aren't the same job

A water-fed pole is brilliant for the outside — pure water, no ladder, no residue. But it physically can't get indoors, and even if it could, the mess of running hoses through a house would be worse than the windows ever were.

So inside windows get the traditional treatment: a cloth, a squeegee, and proper attention paid to frames and sills while we're there, not just the glass. It's slower per window than the outside, which is part of why it's priced and scheduled differently — you pick 6 or 12 weeks, rather than the outside's fixed 6.

Most customers book both. It's two visits rather than one, but each one does its job properly instead of compromising on either side of the glass.
